As a counterweight to my work as an entrepreneur, I paint abstract pictures. Usually on weekend mornings, with quiet instrumental music in the background.

Squeegee, layers, texture
Most of my work uses the squeegee technique. Paint goes on in layers and is pulled across the canvas with a squeegee, which creates textures that can never be fully planned.
Many paintings move from dark to light tones. Green, blue, turquoise, petrol and copper keep coming back.
I choose positive titles on purpose, even when the imagery is dark.
